    Grande Valley Development Corp is a multifaceted business, encompassing activities that range from the renovation and re-lease of existing building to the purchase of raw land and the sale of improved parcels to others. GVDC coordinates these activities, converting ideas on paper into real property. We create, imagine, fund, control and orchestrate the process of development from the beginning to end.

	PRA represents the assemblage, development and delivery of a scratch-built, privately held, public use airport facility located in Pinal County, Arizona. This 430 acre aviation complex is planned as a residential, light industrial and commercial mixed-use complex and features a 5,000-foot runway.
